I have been hemmi...So happy to find this tutorial. I have been hemming my granddaughter's prom gowns for 3 years. This is the fourth one and I am tired of fighting my rolled hem feet. So...I marked my chiffon layer with a white pastel pencil 4 inches above the existing hem.
